An automotive interiors manufacturer was in need of a complex, multi-language leadership training program.
Wilson Learning provided seven days of leadership skill training, as well as a half-day executive session, linked to the company’s competency model. The program was multi-level to address the needs of three tiers of managers, and included integrating the content into the workplace through case studies, intranet resources, and other media. Program materials were translated into six languages.
Wilson Learning was selected for this global project because of our ability to scale it to other regions. Following strong positive responses, the company expanded the rollout. As a result, Wilson Learning has delivered the program to hundreds of managers in multiple languages, including English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, and Swedish.
