Creating a Culture of Engagement Audit

What’s your organization’s strategy for retaining the best and brightest employees? In a recent study by Deloitte University Press, “Global Human Capital Trends”, 78% of executives cited Engagement as the number one human capital management issue, followed by Leadership. Your brand may have been strong enough to attract good people, but disengaged employees—usually the top talent you can’t afford to lose—are likely to begin looking for new opportunities if a robust culture of engagement is not in place.
