We curated an impactful learning intervention (strong link to their existing roles & internal processes), delivered piecemeal over time that helped the group gain a framework by strengthening interpersonal and collaboration skills. Pre-work prepared them for heightened engagement during live, virtual workshops. Reinforcement practice through an extended learning system, peer discussions, and application activities using role-play activities helped participants get a real-time understanding.

An Impact Evaluation survey was completed every 3 months to measure the impact and align/course correct for future developments.

Behaviors that showed the greatest level of change:-

  • Half the team highlighted over 50% improvement in their work group’s productivity to the application skills
