The program's success has led to its expansion across all levels of leadership and the majority of individual contributor roles. Over the past 30 years, it has trained more than 6,000 employees, reinforcing its impact and long-term value within the organization.
This year, we will serve over 40,000 young people and their families, and Wilson Learning has played an integral part in making that happen.
