Carl Eidson, Ph.D., serves as Vice President, Business Development for Wilson Learning Americas. Eidson leads and coaches a virtual team of more than 40 independent distributors in the US, Canada, and Latin America. He also has Account Management sales responsibilities for large, medium, and small companies in a wide variety of industries across the US. He consults extensively with clients with special expertise in learning transfer, sales effectiveness, customer experience, and leadership development. With a Doctorate in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, he has co-authored articles on personnel selection, job analysis, and human performance improvement scholarly journals including Journal of Applied Psychology, Human Performance, International Journal of Selection and Assessment, and the Journal of Business and Psychology as well as business publications such as TRAINING Magazine, Communication World, Human Capital Institute, Leadership Excellence, and many others.
