Terms and Conditions apply to all Wilson Learning Inc services. They cover Wilson Learning Inc Group and all principals, employees, distributors, and other associated parties.

Intellectual Property

Wilson Learning Inc retains all intellectual property rights. It is prohibited to use the software, concepts, formats, and systems obtained from Wilson Learning Inc in any manner outside their intended use as designed and defined by Wilson Learning Inc.

You may not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on Wilson Learning Inc.

Hold Harmless

Wilson Learning Inc provides tools to support business. The specific suitability of these tools must be independently assessed.

Services including software, concepts, formats, and systems are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

The user assumes the entire risk of using Wilson Learning Inc services and agrees to hold Wilson Learning Inc harmless from any claims or losses relating to service or software use.

In no event shall Wilson Learning Inc, its principals, distributors, employees, or other associated parties be liable for any incidental, consequential, or punitive damages relating to the use of its software or services.

Use of Wilson Learning Inc software and services is entirely at the user’s own risk, and such use acknowledges that Wilson Learning Inc is held harmless from any claims or losses relating to the software or services provided.

Distribution

You may not distribute or share any Wilson Learning Inc electronic files without the express written consent of Wilson Learning Inc.

You may not sell or require payment in any form for Wilson Learning Inc products or services.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved exclusively by Wilson Learning Inc.

Subscription

Wilson Learning Inc online programs are offered as one-time fixed courses. Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase. If you cancel your services, you will continue to have access to your content for the remaining access period.
