The initiative involved a combination of the Leader Manager Program and the Leader Manager Inventory Assessment to identify individual strengths and weaknesses.

Participants were given practical assignments and received ongoing manager coaching to reinforce learning. Post-learning evaluations tracked progress and ensured the program’s effectiveness.
